What We're Looking For
Trexonium is hiring an operations analyst to help run and continuously improve daily KYC and identity workflows.
You will review edge cases, monitor queue health, and partner with product and engineering to reduce friction while strengthening trust controls.

Responsibilities
- Monitor verification queues and service-level targets, escalating high-risk cases appropriately.
- Review identity exceptions and document clear decision rationale for auditability.
- Maintain and improve operational playbooks for review, escalation, and exception handling.
- Partner with support teams to resolve onboarding blockers and improve response quality.
- Surface recurring friction patterns and collaborate on process and tooling improvements.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills.
- 6+ years developer experience.
- 2+ years of experience in KYC/KYB, fraud operations, trust and safety, or compliance operations.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written communication and documentation habits.
- Comfort working with dashboards, case-management tools, and structured workflows.
- Ability to balance speed, accuracy, and user experience in operational decision-making.
- Reliable judgment and escalation discipline for potentially high-impact cases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting webhook-driven or API-integrated verification providers.
- Familiarity with AML concepts, sanctions screening, or identity fraud typologies.
- Experience working with SQL or analytics tools for operational reporting.
- Prior collaboration with engineering on tooling and automation improvements.
